Kathleen Smallwood

December 28, 1954 - July 12, 2018

Ms. Kathleen Smallwood was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 28, 1954 and passed away at her home in Dry Ridge, Kentucky on July 12, 2018 at the age of 63. She was the daughter of the late John C. and Maud Melton Smallwood.

Kathleen is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Aileen Liebertz and her husband, Wolfgang, of Bay Village, Ohio and Mrs. Barbara Hertzer and her husband, Ronald, of Milford, Ohio; one brother: Mr. John S. Smallwood and his wife, Terry, of Cincinnati, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

A former member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church, Ms. Smallwood had been an Executive Secretary with the Hunkar Labs in Cincinnati and had worked at Grant County Foods before becoming disabled.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Eckler – McDaniel Funeral Home, 30 Main St., Dry Ridge, KY 41035. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 21, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Samaritan's Purse charity.
