Jeffrey Alan Collins

April 16, 1966 - February 25, 2018

Jeffrey Alan Collins , 51, born April 16, 1966 in Morristown, Tennessee; he was the only child of Edith Collins and her husband. He was a friend and a "Nerd father" to many. He is survived by his fiance', Laura Hodge.

He was diagnosed with the flu, pneumonia and organ failure; he passed away at University of Cincinnati Medical Center on February 25, 2018. He was retired and honorably discharged from the U. S. Army.

An on-site service will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, located at 205 Eibeck Lane. Williamstown, KY 41097 on Tuesday March 6 at 1:00.  A celebration of life will be held at Hobby Pop at 7723 Five Mile Rd. Cincinnati, OH  45230 from 3:00 until 8:00 PM following the service at the cemetery
