Franklin D. Littrell

July 14, 1940 - January 24, 2018

Mr. Franklin D. Littrell of Carrollton, KY. passed away Wednesday, January 24 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. at the age of 77.  Mr. Littrell was born July 14, 1940 in Grant County, KY. to the late Charles and Sylvia Hearn Littrell.  Mr. Littrell was a retired factory supervisor.  Mr. Littrell enjoyed hunting, farm work and was an accomplished mechanic as well as a woodworker.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Littrell was preceded in death by his wife: Pamela Faye Littrell who passed away January 7, 2012 and by a son-in-law: Jerry Cole.

Mr. Littrell is survived by 3 sons: Frank D. Littrell and his wife Libby of Independence, KY., Mike T. Littrell and his wife Monica of Taylor Mill, KY., Donnie R. Littrell and his wife Kim of Latonia, KY., 1 daughter: Tammy Cole of Independence, KY., 1 step daughter: Jill Lawrence of Florence, KY., 2 sisters: Brenda J. Meece of St. Helens, OR., and Norma J. Belcher of St. Louis, MO.  Mr. Littrell has 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Franklin D. Littrell will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, January 29 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, with Bro. Billy Hill officiating.  Visitation will be there on Monday, January 29 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in the New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
