Cecil Ervin Munson

November 22, 1940 - January 22, 2018

Cecil Ervin Munson, a Florence resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical center in Florence, KY on Monday, January 22, 2018 at the age of 77.

Mr. Munson was born on November 22, 1940 in Williamstown, KY to the late Clarence and Evelyn Martin Munson. He was a lifelong farmer in Boone and Kenton counties.  He was a graduate of the St. Rita School of the Deaf.  He loved sports, painting animals and game shows.

Mr. Munson is survived by two brothers, Victor (Denise) Munson of Florence, KY, Randy Munson of Williamstown, KY, two sisters, Judy (Jim) Robinson of Erlanger, Sheila Munson of Florence, KY and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Munson is preceded in death by two brothers, Leon and Chester Munson.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 10am-12noon at the Elliston – Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY 41097. Funeral Services will follow at 12 noon. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, KY.  Memorials are suggested to the St. Rita School for Deaf, 1720 Glendale-Milford Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45215.
