Elliott Glass, Jr.

January 13, 1935 - January 10, 2018

Elliott Glass, Jr. was born Jan. 13, 1935 in Sadieville, KY and passed away Jan. 10, 2018 in Covington, KY at the age of 82.  He was the son of the late Elliott Glass, Sr. and Lettie Lee Morgan Glass.

He retired from Newport Steel and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Latonia.  He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.

Elliott was preceded in death by his wife: Dorotha O'Donnell Glass; 2 brothers: Ben Louis Glass and Lowell Douglas Glass; half brother: Baird Rice; and 3 sisters: Bonnie Crupper, Ocelia White and Ruby Pettit.

He is survived by 5 nieces: Lettie Hart of Independence, Suzanne Wood of Sparta, Amanda Johnson of Union, Linda White of Lexington and Debbie Dotson of North Carolina; and 5 nephews: Mike Glass of Corinth, Kevin Glass of Corinth, Vince Crupper of Indiana, Baird Rice of Lancaster, and Jimmy Rice of Georgetown.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home with Rev. Denny French officiating.  Visitation will be 1:00 - 3:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Napoleon Cemetery.
