Delbert Ray Bowman, Jr. of Williamstown, KY. passed away Friday, September 1 at home at the age of 57. Delbert was a veteran of the United States Army.
Delbert is survived by his wife, Terrie Perkins Bowman, a son: Michael Bowman of Cincinnati, OH., a stepdaughter: Debbie Bowman of Cincinnati, OH., a brother: James Bowman of Elsmere, KY., and 8 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
