Ronald Wallace

Ronald Glenn Wallace was born September 7, 1936 in Knoxville, Kentucky and passed away August 10, 2017 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 80.  He was the son of the late Charles Ivan and Sylvia Beatrice Mangold Wallace.

Ronald was a retired postal worker for the United States Postal Service and a veteran of the Air Force.

He was a very dedicated member of the Unity Baptist Church.  He was also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and a voracious reader.  Ronald loved travelling and studying geography as well as map making.

He is survived by 2 sisters: Rebecca Kay Angell (Rev. Ronald) of Dry Ridge and Veronica Darlene Angell (Jim) of Dry Ridge; 3 nieces: Ronita Simpson, Robin Chapman and Sherri Willoughby; and 2 nephews: Reggie Angell and Jeffrey Angell.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home.  Visitation will be 11 AM - 1 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown.
