Ruby Ann Stewart

August 2, 1932 - March 17, 2017

Mrs. Ruby Ann Stewart of Jonesville, KY. passed away Friday, March 17 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center at the age of 84.  Mrs. Stewart was born August 2, 1932 in Gallatin County, KY. to the late Henry and Betty Foley Carver.  Mrs. Stewart was a retired factory worker.  Mrs. Stewart enjoyed working around the house, painting and fixing up anything that needed repaired.  She will be remembered most fondly for her love of her grandson and 2 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by her husband: Howard D. Stewart in 1999, by a son: Nathan Thomas Stewart in October, 2012, by a son-in-law: Joe Maddox in May, 2013 and by all of her siblings.

Mrs. Stewart is survived by a daughter: Bridget Maddox of Dry Ridge, KY., a grandson: Eldon Maddox and his wife Savannah of Dry Ridge, KY., 2 great grandchildren: Levi Maddox and Laura Maddox.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Ann Stewart will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, March 23 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Bro. Scott Switzer officiating.  Visitation will be there on Wednesday, March 22 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Jonesville I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
