Rosa Fay Barnett

April 28, 1939 - March 13, 2017

Rosa Fay Barnett, 80, widow of Alvis Barnett, passed away Monday March 13 at Villasprings Nursing and Rehab Center in Erlanger. She was born April 28, 1936 to the late John and Elisha Wiloford Sowders in Clearfield, TN.

She previously worked as a line worker for Schumberger Gas Meters in Gallatin Co. She was a member of the Verona Christian Church and a former member of Point Pleasant Christian Church.

Rosa is survived by three sons: Larry (Jenny) Barnett of Walton, Michael (Yvonne) Barnett of Dry Ridge and Anthony "Tony" (Trisha) Barnett of Independence.  Four sisters also survive, along with one granddaughter, Caitlin (Josh) Skaggs of Independence and 5 step grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10:00 - 12:30 Friday March 17 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Homes, 132 S. Main St. Crittenden, KY 41030. The funeral service will begin at 12:30. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Covington.  Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
