Elmer Leroy Kinney

June 9, 1990 - February 15, 2017

Elmer Leroy Kinney, Jr. was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 9, 1990 to Elmer Leroy Kinney Sr. and Bobbie Foreman.  On February 15, 2017, he passed away at his residence in Portland, Indiana at the age of 26.

Lee, as he was widely known, is survived by his father and stepmother, Candy "Ma" Kinney of Glencoe, his mother of Cocoa, Florida; sons: Bentley Kinney of Portland, Indiana and Brayton Kinney of Muncie, Indiana; paternal grandmother, Carol Kinney of Cincinnati, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Rex and Ruthie Foreman of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters, Ruthie Wagner of Cocoa, Florida, Katelyn Kinney of Glencoe and Courtney Kinney of Glencoe; brothers, Matt Kinney of Glencoe and Robert Patrick of Richwood.

Mr. Kinney was a cook at a local restaurant in Portland, Indiana.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, February 20, 2017 at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton-Verona Rd., Verona, KY 41092.  Visitation will also be on Monday from Noon until 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow in the Glencoe Cemetery.
