Lena Sasher

March 4, 1939 - August 10, 2016

Lena Frances Sasher was born March 4, 1939 in Owenton, Kentucky and passed away August 10,2 016 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 77. She was the daughter of the late Goble and Stella Hensley. Lena was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond Sasher.

Lena was a member of the Shiloh Full Gospel church in Corinth and a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons: Wayne Sasher (Cynthia) of Lexington, Gary Sasher (Cindy) of Lexington and Freddie Sasher (Darian) of Winchester; a daughter: Donna Nickells (Rick Sturgeon) of Corinth; three brothers: James Hensley of Warsaw, Junior Hensley of Owenton and Ellis Hensley of Owenton; a sister: Mary King of Owenton; and 11 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Lena was also preceded in death by a sister: Josie Hammonds.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 16 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Visitiation will be from Noon - 2:00 PM Tuesday. Burial will be in the Shiloh Cemetery in Corinth.
