Constance Fay Thomas was born on February 27, 1962 in Covington, KY and passed away at her Louisville, KY home on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the age of 54. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Helen Thomas.
Connie, as she was known, is survived by her sisters, Becky Thomas of Dry Ridge and Mary Thomas of Crittenden, her nephew Stuart MacAdams of Dry Ridge and her niece Chelsey MacAdams of Dry Ridge.
Graveside services for Ms. Thomas will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Crittenden Cemetery.
