Leslie Browning Jr

October 23, 1932 - July 9, 2016

Mr. Leslie Browning, Jr. of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Saturday, July 9 at home at the age of 83. Mr. Browning was born October 23, 1932 in Cold Spring, KY to the late Bertha Whitley Browning and Leslie Browning, Sr. Mr. Browning was a retired installer and repairman for Cincinnati Bell and a member of the Lighthouse Church in Owenton, KY. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He enjoyed anything automotive, collecting guns, tractors and working the land on his farm. His family remembers him as being a master home builder and will be fondly remembered for his love and devotion to his family.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Browning was preceded in death by all of his siblings.

Mr. Browning is survived by his wife: Mary Spencer Browning, 2 daughters: Cindy Renaker of Leesburg, OH., Tracy Hopeck of Cumming, GA., 4 sons: Kenneth Browning of Flagg Springs, KY., Larry Browning of Corinth, KY., Thomas Browning of Dry Ridge, KY. and Michael Browning of Dry Ridge, KY. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Leslie Browning, Jr. will be conducted 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 12 in the chapel of the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be there on Tuesday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Burial with military honors will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
