She is survived by her parents, Andrew Wayne and Danielle Delaney Gilbert Chapman of Florence; 2 brothers, Landyn and Quinten Patton; 2 sisters, Autumn and Brooklynn Chapman; maternal grandmother, Tammy Gregory; maternal grandfather, Greg Bowman; paternal grandparents Daniel and Cathy Chapman; paternal grandmother Anita Hearn; maternal great-grandmother, Lasern Wrenn; paternal great-grandparents Benny and Bessie Hearn; and paternal great-grandmother Yvonne Chapman.
Graveside services will be 2:00pm Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Glencoe Cemetery, Glencoe, KY. Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. MainSt., Williamstown, KY 41097 in charge of arrangements.
