Gracie Hicks Ritchie, a Bellevue resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 at the age of 78. She was the widow of Woodrow Ritchie and daughter of the late Isom and Hulda Brewer Hicks. She was also preceded in death by two children, Freddie and Linda.
Mrs. Ritchie was a homemaker all her life, loved to quilt, and was a member of the Grace Fellowship Baptist Church in Elmwood, OH.
Mrs. Ritchie is survived by four sons, Jackie Ritchie of Lancaster, KY, Jeff Ritchie (Judy) of Dry Ridge, KY, Jesse Ritchie (Susan) of Covington, KY, Jerry Ritchie (Tonia) of Erlanger, KY, five daughters, Brenda Sargent (Steve) of Covington, KY, Sandra Wells (Jerry) of Bellevue, KY, Sinda Henson (Dennis) of Dry Ridge, KY, Roma Ritchie of Bethel, Oh,, Donna Collins of Bethel, OH, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 11am-1pm with the funeral at 1pm. Services at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Burial to follow at the Corinth I.O.O.F. cemetery in Corinth, KY. Memorials are suggested to the St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017
