Carol Sue Smith

February 8, 1953 - June 19, 2012

Carol Sue Smith, 59, of Corinth, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at her residence after a long illness.

She was a licensed practical nurse for Grant Manor and Brighton Gardens Nursing Homes and a member of Violet Ridge Church of Christ, Crittenden.

She is survived by her husband of over forty years, Robert M. "Mike" Smith of Corinth; her mother, Claudine Streeter Phillips of Williamstown; her step father, Charles Phillips of Dry Ridge; three sons, David Michael Smith of Prestonsburg, Scott Anthony Smith of Williamstown, Todd Allen Smith of Crittenden; one brother, Dewey Wayne Phillips of Sherman and twelve grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8pm Thursday with funeral service at 2pm on Friday, June 22 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
