Jeffrey Bruce Stephens, 50 of Warsaw passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at his brother''s home in West Chester, OH.



He was a former truck driver for JB Hunt in Springfield, OH and a member of a Masonic Lodge in Ohio.



He is survived by his parents, Doyal R. Stephens of Warsaw and Mary Florence Lee Stephens of Glencoe; his wife, Stephanie Stephens of Dry Ridge; a step son, Matthew Denney of Florence; a brother, Tim Stephens of West Chester, OH; five sisters, Veronica Bishop of Latonia, Connie Pyke of Union, Theresa Wallen of Columbia, Angie Reynolds of Glencoe, Kimberly Nobles of Glencoe and a grandson, Jacob Taylor Long of Verona.



Visitation will be 11am -1pm with funeral service at 1pm, Saturday, May 26 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton-Verona Rd., Verona, KY 41092. Burial will be in the Napoleon IOOF Cemetery.
