Thomas Mitchell Prewitt

January 27, 1952 - May 1, 2012

Thomas Mitchell Prewitt, 60, of Butler went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at St. Elizabeth-Edgewood.

He was a CSX locomotive engineer, served in the US Army and was the son of the late James and Dolly Combs Prewitt.

Survivors include three daughters, Amanda (Eric) Bashaw of Troy, ID, Michelle (Patrick) Siria of Lexington and Stacey (Dusty) Mattson of Troy, ID; three brothers, Jerry Prewitt of Falmouth, Darel Titus of Loveland, OH, Mark Titus of Butler and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Curtis Prewitt.

Visitation will be Noon to 2pm with the funeral service at 2pm, Thursday, May 3 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
