Cecil Lee Starns

April 18, 1921 - April 21, 2012

Cecil Lee Starns was born April 18, 1921 and passed away April 21, 2012 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 91. He was the son of the late Erva & Virgie Payne Starns. He was a retired farmhand and a member of the CCC.

He is survived by a sister: June Hess of Hustonville, Kentucky; a brother: Kenneth Starns of Covington; a stepbrother: Kenneth Bolling of Dry Ridge; and two stepsisters: Juanita Courtney of Dry Ridge and Betty Courtney of Williamstown.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 26 at 2:00 PM at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will also be Thursday from Noon-2:00 PM. The burial will be in Williamstown Cemetery.
