Charles Leon Munson

October 17, 1937 - February 16, 2012

Charles Leon Munson, 74, of Florence passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.

He served as the Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for the Florence Deposit Bank (now Bank One) for over twenty five years and served his country in the US Army.

He was the son of the late Clarence Riley "Bucky" and Evelyn Martin Munson and also preceding him in death was a brother, Chester Laverne Munson.

Survivors include two daughters, Alisa Grant of Chanhassen, MN and Michelle Munson-Hale of Broomfield, CO; three brothers, Cecil Munson , Victor Munson, and Randy Munson all of Florence; two sisters, Judy Robinson of Erlanger and Sheila Darlene Munson of Florence; four grandchildren, Justin Grant, Karly Grant, Will Hale and Eliza Hale.

Visitation will be Noon - 2pm with funeral at 2pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
