Sturlin G. Vallandingham, 79, resident of Williamstown, died Thursday, Jan. 5. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Simpson Vallandingham; daughters: Donna (Jim) Cheesman of Williamstown and Ginger (Gary) Greer of Crestwood; brother: Terry L. Vallandingham of Cincinnati; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Deacon of the Williamstown Baptist Church, veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War and former Postal Clerk, funeral services will be 12:30 PM, Monday, Jan. 9 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be 4 - 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Burial: Kentucky
Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown.
Memorials: Williamstown Baptist Church or Gideons International.
