Wava Jane Davis

April 4, 1920 - June 27, 2011

Wava Jane Davis of the Holbrook community in Grant County died Monday, June 27, 2011 at her residence at the age of 91. A retired seamstress and private duty nurse, she was the widow of J.C.B.Davis who died in 1973.

Survived by two daughters: Arnetta Pickett of Williamstown, KY and Martha Taylor of Corinth, KY; two sons: Emmett Davis of Jonesville, KY and Douglas Henry Davis of Jellico, TN; one brother: Danny Judy of Dry Ridge, KY; 11 Grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Deceased daughter: Lynetta Roberts, deceased sisters: Emma Wainscott and Elenora Niblack, deceased brother: Paul Elmer Judy.

Funeral 1:00 PM Friday, July 1, 2011 at Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home,

Williamstown, KY. Visitation 4 - 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.Burial in Williamstown Cemetery.
