Virginia Lee Purcell

December 19, 1920 - June 2, 2011

Virginia Purcell, 90 of Dry Ridge passed away Thursday, June 2, 2011 at St. Elizabeth-Grant County Hospital.

She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Dry Ridge, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lane Purcell; her parents, James Nelson and Rosa Robinson Tudor; two brothers, James Russell Tudor, Calvin Tudor; and a sister, Stella Cowgill.

Survivors include a son, Jim Purcell of Crittenden, KY; a daughter, Pat Baber of Nicholasville, KY; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be 9am - 11am with funeral service at 11:00am, Monday, June 6, 2011 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 132 South Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Burial will be in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, Nicholasville, KY.
