Gerald "Jerry" John Potavin

Gerald "Jerry" John Potavin, Sr., 67 of Falmouth, KY passed away Saturday, May 21, 2011 at his residence.

He worked at the Sam''s Club in Cincinnati, OH in maintenance, which he retired in 2006.

He is survived by his wife of thirty six years, Kathy Alzheimer Potavin; four sons, Kane Potavin of Center Point, IN, David Potavin of Ft. Mitchell, KY, Daniel Potavin of Cincinnati, OH, Gerald Potavin, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH; three daughters, Gina Wagner of Falmouth, KY, Shannon Atkinson of Cincinnati, OH, Kathleen Lahmer of Cincinnati, OH; three sisters; one brother and numerous grandchildred.

No services are being held. Arrangements were handled by Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097.
