Donald L. Edwards, 78 of New Richmond, OH died Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Ft. Thomas, KY.

He was a bank teller for US Bank in Cincinnati, OH, served in the US Army where he received a Purple Heart and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

He was the son of the late Helbert and Irene Branlet Edwards.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Styer Edwards of New Richmond, OH; three sons, Mark Edwards of Dry Ridge, Gregory Edwards of New Richmond, OH, Keith Edwards of Batavia, OH; two daughters, Donna Spitzer of Laurel, MD, Leann Hobbs of Ft. Thomas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10:30am to 12:30pm with the funeral service at 12:30pm, Monday, March 28, 2011 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 132 South Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-North, Williamstown, KY.
