Clint Fornash, 89 of Covington died Friday, January 7th at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
He was a retired farmer and machinist for Gibson Greeting Card, Cincinnati, OH; SOHIO, Covington; Crawley Book Machinery, Newport and American Book Company. He was a member of Lawrenceville Baptist Church, Corinth; Indra Consistory of the Scottish Rite, Covington and Colonel Clay Lodge #159 F&AM, Covington. He served in the Navy during World War II.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Greenberry "Sharp" and Grisella Jane "Jennie" North Fornash; four brothers, Harry, Claude, Porter & Ray Fornash; four sisters, Gertrude Taylor, Grace Perkins, Leona Perkins and Alma Worthington.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Loraine Winterling Fornash; three daughters, Sharon Campbell of Pickerington, OH, Beverly Barker of Knoxville, TN, Suzanne Greer of Gilberts, IL; one sister, Alda Marksberry of Williamstown; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be 4pm to 7pm, Sunday, January 9th with funeral services Monday, January 10th at 2pm at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
