Mary Margaleane Barnes

June 13, 1917 - October 31, 2012

Mary Margaleane Boswell Barnes was born June 13, 1917 in Princeton, KY and passed away Oct. 31, 2012 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 95. She was a homemaker, aformer Wal-mart greeter, and a member of the Stringtown Christian Church.

On Feb. 27, 1937, Mary was united in marriage to Jerry Newton Barnes who preceded her in death July 10, 1992. She is survived by three sons: J. B. Barnes of Dry Ridge, David Barnes of Hebron, and Vic Barnes of Williamstown; one brother: Thomas Whitton of Owensboro; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Sunday, Nov. 4, at 4:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Robinson Cemetery.
