Betty J Taylor

Betty J. Lawrence Taylor was born April 30, 1931 in Cincinnati, OH and passed away May 12, 2014 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 83. She was the daughter of the late Howard Taft and Naomi Katherine Penick Lawrence.

Betty was a homemaker, a former bookkeeper for Lawrence Construction, a former bank teller for the Grant County Deposit Bank, and a member of the Antioch Church of Christ.

On May 8, 1947, Betty was united in marriage to Lescal B. Taylor. In addition to her devoted husband, Bettyis survived by three sons: David M. Taylor and his wife, Ellen of Clarksville, TN; L. Keith Taylor and his wife, Jenny of Boise, ID; and Lescal "Joe" Taylor and his wife, Pat of Crittenden, KY,8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Michael Lawrence (Barb) of Burlington, KY and Thomas S. Lawrence of Melbourne, KY.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her daughter: Donna Dale Taylor and her sister: Joan Link.

Funeral services for Mrs. Taylor will be 2:00 PM,Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the Elliston Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery.
