Lawson G. Henderson, a Williamstown, Kentucky resident, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood on Monday, April 14, 2014 at the age of 83.Lawson was the only child of the late Lewis and Irene Gardner Henderson.

Mr. Henderson was a Budget & Forecasting Accountant for Procter & Gamble Company for over 38 years.He is a US Marine Corps veteran of the Korean Conflict, a deacon and former Financial Committee Chairman of the Williamstown Baptist Church, a former treasurer for the Mt. Healthy Baptist Church, and a member of W.I.S.E. Trust Fund Board.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patsy S. Henderson, three sons, Gary L. Henderson of Williamstown, Scott M. (Sharon) Henderson of Union, and David Todd (Jean) Henderson of Cincinnati, four granddaughters, Shelley (Joel) Zang, Sarah Bernardini, Tess Henderson, and Brynne Henderson, and two great-grandchildren, Gianna Bernardini and Jackson Zang.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 18 at 11:00 AM at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.Burial will follow at the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Williamstown Baptist Church Building Fund, 214 N. Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097 or St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Rd, Edgewood, KY 41017.
