Evelyn Blackburn, a Union, Kentucky resident, passed away at Baptist Village of Northern Kentucky, Erlanger on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at the age of 82.
Mrs. Blackburn wasformerly employed byKenner Toys andLightcraft, and was a member of Union Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son; Timothy Bailey of Ohio; three stepsons; Donald Blackburn of Independence, Gary Blackburn of New Richmond, OH, Jack Blackburn of Verona; two stepdaughters; Connie Perkins of Florence, Bonnie Carter of Covington; two sisters; Mildred Allen of Florida, Eleanor Allen of Ohio, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Mrs. Blackburn was preceded in death by her husband; Lyman Blackburn; her parents; Wayne and Florence Allen; one son, Bob Bailey; and three daughters; Barbara, Sandy, and Debbie Bailey.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 8th, 2014 at Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, Verona. Visitation will be Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.Burial will follow at the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.Memoriasl are suggested to Union Baptist Church, 1985 Mt. Zion Rd, Union, KY 41091.
