Carolyn Mae Jackson

February 3, 1950 - May 27, 2016

Carolyn Mae Fields Jackson was born February 3, 1950 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away May 27, 2016 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 66. She the daughter of William Harrison Fields of Warsaw and the late Carrie Templeton Fields. She was preceded in death by her husband James Alvie Jackson in December of 1998.

Carolyn was a homemaker and a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Dry Ridge.

In addition to her father, she was survived by two daughters: Angela (Danny) Mullins of Williamstown and Carrie Lopez of Florence; a son: Jimmie Hornsby of Florence; 7 brother: Louis Fields of Crittenden, Marshal Fields of Crittenden, Harrison Fields, Jr. of Corinth, Larry Fields of North Carolina, William Allen Fieldsof Crittenden, Gary Fields of Ohio and Kenneth Templeton of Dry Ridge; two sisters: Rita Watson of Walton and MargaretLechitof Verona; and 12 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 1 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown with Rev. Larry Workman officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Wednesday. Burial will follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
