Fern Browning Workman

Fern Browning Workman of Dry Ridge, KY was born May 10, 1932 in Pendleton County, KY and died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at her residence at the age of 83.

She was the daughter of the late Kenzie Taylor and Hilda Blasingame Browning. She was a homemaker and farmer, and a member of the Dry Ridge Christian Church. On December 15, 1948 she was united in marriage to her husband Ralph Ewing Workman.

In addition to her husband Ralph, she is also survived by 5 son, Ralph Lee Workman of Williamstown, Lowell (Terreca) Workman of Sparta, Teddy (Donna) Workman of Jonesville, Mitchell (Pam) Workman of Williamstown, and Thad (Mary) Workman of Dry Ridge; 4 daughters, Barbara Burgess of Dry Ridge, Deborah (Paul) Glass of Dry Ridge, Candace (Greg) Bolin of Cynthiana, and Laurel (Greg) Dickman of Union; 21 Grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; 1 sister, Patricia Colvin of Falmouth; and 1 brother Tom Browning of Falmouth.

Funeral services will be at 10:30am Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY followed by burial in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00pm Tuesday at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home.
