Roy Lawrence Hatfield Willoughby, age 72, born in Cincinnati, OH, July24, 1942. Passed this earth October 18, 2014 while in Hospice Care at the VA Medical Facility, Lexington, KY.

Mr. Willoughby, a U.S. Army Veteran, served stateside during the Vietnam War. He was a past employee and volunteer with the KY Multi-County Task Forces on Child Abuse, Inc. He leaves behind a niece, Ms. Lorie Ann Lewis, Brooklet, GA.

Funeral services are being provided by the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014 at the funeral home with graveside services immediately following at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown, KY.
