Lora Marie Thomas Penn

Lora Marie Thomas Penn of Dry Ridge was born October 17, 1935 in Cincinnati, OH and died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Grant Center in Williamstown at the age of 81.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Edna Simpson Thomas, a homemaker, and a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Thomas Elbert Penn who died in 1995.

Surviving is 2 sons, Marvin Penn of Sherman, and Robert Penn of Covington; 3 daughters, Linda Mounce of Dry Ridge, Evelyn Penn Workman of Dry Ridge, and Carol Wilhelm of Hazel Park, MI; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY followed by burial in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00pm Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY.
