Delbert Ray Snow

July 29, 1929 - November 27, 2016

Mr. Delbert Ray Snow was born to the late Ules and Maude Jackson Snow on July 29, 1929. He departed this life in Florence, KY on November 27, 2016 at the age of 87. He was a resident of Covinton, KY and a former resident of Grant Co., KY. He is preceded in death by three sisters, Stella May Blackburn, Mayme Woods, and Geneva Noel.

Mr. Snow was the former head custodian at Highland High School in Ft. Thomas for 15 years. He was also a former animal trainer at the Cincinnati Zoo for over 21 years. He was a member of the Southside Baptist Church in Covington, KY.

Mr. Snow is survived by three sons, Dennis Snow (Connie) of LaFollette, TN, John W. Snow of Covington, KY, Kelly J. Snow of Newport, KY, three daughters, Deborah Moffett (Alan) of Walton, KY, Karen Gudaitis of Dry Ridge, KY, Mayme Hammons (Ricky) of London, KY, two brothers, Harold Snow (Lorine) of Covington, KY, Howard Lewis (Ruth Ann) of Cleveland, OH, eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 from 11am-1pm at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden, KY. Funeral Services will be at 1pm. Burial will be Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 at 11am at the Linden Grove Cemetery in Covington, KY. Memorials are suggested to the family in c/o Stanley Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 130, Williamstown, KY 41097.
