Stanley Elwood Martin

Stanley Elwood Martin of Williamstown, KY was born April 8, 1932 in Mason, KY and died Friday, September 9 2016 in Edgewood, KY at the age 84.

He was the son of the late Walter Lee and Fleeta Oneita Ballard Martin, a U.S. Army Veteran, a retired custodian for the KY Dept. of Highways, and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church. He was united in marriage on September 4, 1970 to his wife Joyce Blackburn Martin.

In addition to his wife Joyce, he is also survived by 2 sons, Mike Martin of Williamstown and Mark Martin of Erlanger; 1 grandson; 3 great-grandchildren; and 1 brother, Ottis Lee Martin of Glasgow.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, followed by burial in the Mason Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm Monday, September 12, 2016 at the funeral home.
