Robert Roy Ellington

Robert Roy Ellington of Corinth, KY was born June 21, 1956 in Belleville, IL and died Friday, March 4, 2016 at his residence at the age of 59.

He was the son of the late James F. Ellington and Ramona Taylor Ellington Gross, an Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era and a retired diesel mechanic for the TA Truck Stop. Robert was also a former volunteer with the Corinth Fire Department.

Surviving is his wife, Connie Sue McClure-Ellington; 1 granddaughter, Breanna Ellington; 1 brother, John Ellington; and 2 sisters Julie Frost and Shana Ellington. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by 1 son, James Ellington.
Funeral Services will be 3:00pm Friday, March 11, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00pm Friday at the funeral home. Military Graveside services will be at 11:00am Tuesday, March 15 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown.
