Fred E Rose

April 18, 1932 - February 21, 2016

Mr. Fred E. Rose, a Pendleton County resident,passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY at the age of 83. He is the husband of Wilma Bowen Rose.

Mr. Rose was a member of the Unity Baptist Church in Demossville. He was a life longfarmer, a former bus driver for Pendleton Co., and a former road worker for the KY State Hwy Dept.

Mr. Rose was preceded in death by his first wife Doris Jean Rose and daughter Nancy Jo Rose. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Wilma Bowen Rose, three daughters Beth Buckler (Matt) of Carlisle, KY, Melinda Divens (Todd) of Lexington, KY, Sandy Utley (Mike) of Georgetown, KY, three stepdaughters, Beverly Davis (Marvin) of Demossville, Kathy Banfield (Jeff) of Falmouth, Linda Justice (Darren) of Dry Ridge, 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 26, 2016 from 12noon - 2pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY. Funeral services will be Friday at 2pm. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Pendleton Co. Memorials are suggested to the Unity Baptist Church.
