Dr Thad F Thomas

May 14, 1945 - February 17, 2016

Dr. Thad F. Thomas, DMD, a Sparta resident, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 70.

Dr. Thomas was the owner of Thad Thomas Dentistry in Dry Ridge. He was a member of the Vineyard Christian Church in Florence, a former rally car driver, loved shellography, and UK basketball.

Dr. Thomas is survived by his significant other, MichelleKeplinger of Sparta, one son, Jason Thomas of Covington, one daughter, Shylah Marksbury of Cincinnati, OH, and four grandchildren.

Memorial visitation is Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 12noon-2pm at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden, KY. Memorial Services for Dr. Thomas will also be on Saturday at 2pm at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden. Memorials are suggested to the Cardinal Hill Rehab Hospital in Lexington, KY or the American Lung Association, 4100 Churchman Ave., Louisville, KY 40215.
