Linda Abernathy Goodman

March 8, 1955 - February 9, 2016

Linda Starr Abernathy Goodman, an Independence resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the age of 60. She was the wife of Ralph Goodman, Jr.

Mrs. Goodman, formerly of Williamstown, was a homemaker. She loved to play the piano, sew, cook, bake and spend time with her family.

Mrs. Goodman was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Frances Abernathy. In addition to her husband Ralph, she is survived by one son, Isaac Goodman (Jodi) of Florence andone daughter, Sara Goodman of Independence, KY.

Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016 from 10:30-12:30 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden, KY. Funeral services will follow at 12:30. Interment will be in the KY Veteran's Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. Memorials are suggested to the KVCN Trust Fund, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY 41097
