Jack R Fogle

August 8, 1934 - February 7, 2016

Jack Russell Fogle was born in Berry, Kentucky in Harrison County on August 8, 1934 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence, Kentucky on February 7, 2016 at the age of 81. A resident of the Jonesville Community, he was the son of the late Kelly and Nancy Kendall Fogle.

On May 5, 1956, Jack was united in marriage with Edna Lorena Willoughby Fogle. In addition to his loving wife, Edna, of almost 60 years, he is survived by his daughter: Patti Fogle of Dry Ridge. Jack was a Deacon and member of the Bethany Baptist Church, a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and a former member of the Communication Workers of America. He had retired from Cincinnati Bell after serving in many capacities, starting his career there when he was only 17. He served in the United States Army during the 1950's and was stationed in Italy for part of his duty. He was well known for his love of farm life and horses.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, February 12, 2016 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday. Memorials are suggested to the Sunrise Children's Home. Burial will follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
