Madelyn Carole Richardson

July 10, 1945 - November 10, 2015

Madelyn Carole Sanders Richardson was born July 10, 1945 in Dayton,Ohio and passed away November 10, 2015 in Warsaw, Kentucky at the age of 70. She was the daughter of the late Forest Sanders and Dolores Turner Harvey of Dry Ridge.

Madelyn was a member of Sherman Baptist Church in Dry Ridge and a former member of Pleasant View Baptist Church also in Dry Ridge. She was a retired factory worker at Grant County Foods. She was an avid reader, enjoyed quilting and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, Madelyn is survived by her daughter: Paula Wilds of Dry Ridge; a son: Jamie Menefee (Melissa) of Dry Ridge; 2 brothers: Dwight Harvey (Linda) of Dry Ridge and Michael Harvey (Linda) of Dry Ridge; 7 sisters: Barbara Chaney of Dry Ridge, Juanita Beach of Dry Ridge, Wanda McClurg (Jerry) of Dry Ridge, Bernice Delph (Charles) of Dry Ridge, Deborah Brown of Dry Ridge, Jennifer Napier (Bubby) of Dry Ridge and Betty Frances Arnold of Lancaster; and 4 grandchildren: Brooke Mintkenbaugh, Karlee Menefee, Skylar Menefee and Joseph Hall all of Dry Ridge.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, Nov. 14 at Sherman Baptist Church in Dry Ridge with Pastor Robert Tarasiak and Bro. Larry Workman conducting the service. Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
