Billy Ray Perkins

October 21, 1946 - October 19, 2015

Billy Ray Perkins, better known as "Bill", was born in Dry Ridge, Kentucky on October 21, 1946 and passed away at his home in Williamstown, Kentucky on October 19, 2015 at the age of 68. He was the son of the late James Henry and Lena Mae Humphrey Perkins.

A graduate of Grant County High School, Bill was a former clerk with the Kentucky Department of Transportation and a member of the Clark's Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his sister: Carol Whaley of Williamstown and his brothers: Bob Perkins of Williamstown and James Everett Perkins of Maryville, Tennessee. One sister preceded him in death, Ann Adams.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the New Vine Run Cemetery in Dry Ridge, Kentucky.
