Faye McCubbin Morrisey

September 6, 1933 - September 1, 2010

Faye McCubbin Morrisey, 76, of Verona, died Wednesday, Sept. 1 at St.

Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood, KY.



She retired in 1998 after 14 years with Au-Ve-Co in Covington and was a

former employee of R.L. Polk Co. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church, Verona; served as a volunteer EMT and former board member for the Verona Rescue Squad and was elected to the Walton-Verona High School Alumni Association''s Hall of Fame in 2010. She was also an accomplished ceramics artist who won many awards.



Survivors include her son, Jonathan W. Morrisey of Verona ; one brother, J.B. McCubbin of Union and several nieces and nephews.



Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00pm, Friday, Sept. 3 with funeral services at

11:00am on Saturday at the New Bethel Baptist Church, Verona. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge. Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton-Verona Rd., Verona is serving the family.
