He is survived be his wife Laura Whaley; 2 sons, Denver Whaley Jr. of Union, KY and Brendan Whaley of Anderson Twp. OH; 2 daughters, Heather Nicole Whaley of Erlanger, KY and Kim Runyon of Washington; 3 grandchildren; 1 brother, Sam Whaley of Union, KY; and 1 sister, Carol Smith of Independence, KY.



Visitation will be 11:00am - 1:00pm Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at the

Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY. Services will also be at 1:00pm Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the funeral home, with burial in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY.
