Wanda Sue Chapman was born May 12, 1964 in Logan, West Virginiato William Lee Westfall and Lillian Bratchard and died July 10, 2009 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 45 years, 1 month, and 28 days.

Wanda was preceded in death by her father as well as her husband Bobby Jene Chapman who passed away February 1, 2008. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons: Bobby Jene Chapman, Jr. of Dry Ridge and William Lee Chapman of Florida; two daughters: Wanda M. Chapman and Melissa Sue Chapman both of Dry Ridge; three sisters: Henrietta Moore of Dry Ridge, Nancy Hopkins and Betty both of West Virginia; three brothers: Willie, Joseph and Johnny Westfall all of Florida; and one Grandson.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
