Costo Ellis

September 2, 1931 - December 6, 2016

Mr. Costo Ellis of Gallatin County, KY. passed away Tuesday, December 6 at Assurance Health Cincinnati at the age of 85.  Mr. Ellis was born September 2, 1931 in Oneida, TN. to the late Roe Ellis and Rachel Duncan Ellis.  Mr. Ellis was a retired welder for Powell Valve Co. in Cincinnati and a member of the Florence Church of God.  He was also a member of Hofner Lodge # 253 F & AM and a 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason.

Mr. Ellis was preceded in death by his wife: Alice Marie Ellis on August 12, 2016 and by all of his siblings.

Mr. Ellis is survived by a son: Tim Ellis of Florence, KY. and 3 grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Costo Ellis will be conducted 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 14 in the chapel of the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Campbell officiating.  Visitation will be there on Wednesday, December 14 from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY.
