Rosetta Pennington Snow was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 11, 1926 to the late Noah and Julia Bowling Pennington. She passed away at the Grant Center in Williamstown, Kentucky on November 8, 2016 at the age of 89. Mrs. Snow was united in marriage with James Wesley Snow who preceded her in death on August 30, 1972. She is survived by her sons: James Allen Snow and his wife, Gail of Williamstown and Robert Wayne Snow and his wife Rita of Williamstown; sister: Maxine McCubbin of Union; 6 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Rose, as she was widely known, was a cook for the Grant County High School Cafeteria for 39 years, formerly drove a school bus for Grant County and had earlier in life, sewn baseballs for McGregor Baseball Manufacturing in Williamstown. She was a member of the Sherman Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Sherman Church of Christ in Dry Ridge. Visitation will be at the church from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday. Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials contributions may be made to the Sherman Church of Christ Builiding Fund.
