Thomas Dale “Tom” Perkins of Williamstown was born May 31, 1967 in Covington, KY and died Tuesday September 6, 2016 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 49.

He was the son of the late Franklin Delano and Flora Sue King Perkins and a former quality control employee of Gusher Pumps.

Surviving are 2 sons, Jeffery Perkins of Williamstown and Christopher Perkins of Elsmere; 1 grandson, Noah Perkins of Williamstown; and 1 brother, Jeff Perkins of Elsemere.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, followed by burial in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will also be Friday 12:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.
