Jane Lee Jones

March 20, 1943 - March 11, 2016

Mrs. Jane Lee True Jones, of Corinth, KY. passed away Friday, March 11 at her residence at the age of 72.  Mrs. Jones was born March 20, 1943 in Corinth, KY. to the late John True and Myra Wilson True.  Mrs. Jones retired from the Mason, Ohio High School where she worked for many years as a secretary.  She had a love for the children in the school district and is fondly remembered by her family for her love and devotion to her own children and grandchildren.  Mrs. Jones was formerly in the FFA and the National Honor Society.  She enjoyed outdoor activities including gardening and tending to her flowers and she adored camping.

Mrs. Jones leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Larry W. "Corky" Jones, a daughter: LeAnn True Norton-Ramey and her husband Shane of Morehead, KY., a son: Steve Norton and his wife Keena of Bronston, KY., 2 stepsons: Chad W. Jones and his wife Amy Jo of Lebanon, OH., Kyle C. Jones and his wife Lisa of San Diego, CA., 1 brother: John L. True of Dry Ridge, KY. and she was blessed with 9 grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jane Lee True Jones will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 15 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Burial will be in the New Columbus Cemetery, Owen County.
